Meal Prep The last thing that you want to do after a busy day at work is to make a time consuming meal for your family that will take an hour to make and mere minutes to eat.   Take every Sunday (or whatever day of the week works best for you) and dedicate it to meal planning and prepping for the week ahead. Yes, grocery shopping and prepping meals for the entire week may seem daunting, but it will save you so much time throughout the week.   Eating healthy is also important as it will help fuel your energy levels so you can get more done around the house and at the office so dedicate a little time to researching healthy recipes online to prepare for you and your family.
